This is a great resort with fantastic variety in its runs -- stuff for all abilities. The snow is not quite as plentiful as Sunshine (Banff), or Kicking Horse (Golden BC), but it is great dry snow. It also stays in good shape well into April. I "down-rated" it on amenities only due to the lack of slope-side accommodation. Because it is in a National Park, they are limited in what they are allowed to build. However, it more than makes up for this lack of slope-side accommodation if you stay in nearby Banff -- one of the most beautiful towns in the world with lots of world-class restaurants and accommodation. And because it is in a National Park, the lack of "billboards" and other "commercialization" makes for a pristine environment.
